Over the last 5 years, I've helped 40+ founders, operators, and professionalsbuild personal brands across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram. This work has gone far beyond posting content; it has helped people generate consistent inbound leads,land new roles and career opportunities, book demos and sales calls, and position themselves as credible voices in their industry.
Each brand was built with a clear goal in mind; visibility alone was never the end outcome. The focus has always been on distribution, trust, and conversion, not vanity metrics.

Below are a few projects that best represent how I approach founder-led growth combining positioning, content, engagement, and lead generation into one system.
When we started, the account was largely inactive and struggling with inconsistent lead generation. I rebuilt the entire content and growth strategy from the ground up defining positioning, tightening the brand narrative, and designing a system for consistent publishing and engagement.
Results:
Over the course of a year, this approach led to more than 1.5 million organic impressions, follower growth from 28K to 41K, and a 4× increase in inbound leads, with steady month-on-month growth.



When Ekhlaque (EB) Bari came in, the expertise was already strong, but reach and inbound visibility had started to plateau. The goal was to build consistent, credible visibility that could translate into sustained inbound interest and more invitations from leading institutions.
Results:
Over the year, this approach generated 2.4M+ impressions, 422K+ impressions on X alone, and consistent engagement—supporting speaking engagements and collaborations with IITs, IIMs, and other prestigious institutions.



When Umesh Jakhar came in, the intent was clear: build a credible, long-term voice around education, social mobility, and lived experience—without turning the work into performative or trend-chasing content.
Results:
Over a three-year engagement, this resulted in 15M+ impressions, with follower growth from ~2K to 16K (700%+ growth) and multiple posts breaking out organically, supporting media features and collaborations.
